I was on a road trip, and my low oil light came on. I decided to stop in a Roussel VW as it was on my route. Yes, I probably could have taken care of it myself, but I thought it would be easier and safer to take it the their service center. They took my Atlas in immediately and topped me up and sent me on my way. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

I am on my third VW. My sales does not steer me wrong. I trust the facility and helping me make a right call for a car. The service department is number one. I probably wouldn't get a different car because I wouldn't want to leave this service group.
Had a refundable deposit on a car for almost 2 years, and when it was ready I requested my deposit back because my needs had changed. These guys tried telling me that "refundable" meant it was refunded only when I purchased the car. WHAT? That's the OPPOSITE of what refundable means.
Had to get VW Canada to force them to refund me. Bunch of crooks.
Honestly, I'm not impressed with the overall service. I brought my Tiguan in for some work, there was no courtesy car available. While waiting for my vehicle to be worked on, I waited in the show room, and took a moment to look around, not once was I greeted by any of the staff or salespeople, meanwhile I was actively looking inside of some of the newer vehicles on display and would have loved to discuss what's in their inventory. When trying to get information on parts, it felt like pulling teeth, I ended up calling Moncton VW to get information on the pieces required and they responded that it isn't the first time they've heard customers complaining about their experience with Roussel Volkswagen, in fact they said many VW customers in northern New Brunswick end up going to them as a result of the poor service provided by Roussel VW. This gives a negative impact on the VW Brand that people have grown to know and trust, I'd definitely consider a different brand on my next purchase as a result if this is the typical service provided at my nearest dealer, very unfortunate given my partner and I have owned multiple VW products including Audi's while living in Montreal.
Great people, lost my key for locked tire, took it off and put new studs in on the spot, no charge!

The detailer there is top notch, if you need your car cleaned go see him! The staff in the shop are all friendly and will explain everything to you in a way that you'll understand.

Great service department done quickly
I went there with my mother, when it's a longer drive she needs to be accompanied she gets tired easily due to her chemo. When we arrived they were ready for her she drove right in to the service garage. They have a wonderful employee there who as a great smile (you see it in is eyes C19 oblige mask), he takes the time to listen and explain what is going to happen with the car. They have a nice sitting area where you can wait while having a coffee or tea. The sale lady who sold my mother her car takes the time to come inquire about my mom. So all that to say that it's a great shopping and service car dealership.
Recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealership. I'm in Moncton so I made the drive up and it was WELL worth it. Cindy was helpful and personable, ZERO pressure and the entire process was seamless. I cannot reccommed this dealership highly enough. Will most certainly do more business in the future. If I could rate higher than a 5-star I would!

I don’t usually write reviews especially negative ones but I’m really disappointed in my latest purchase. The problems with my 2015 diesel Jetta began just a couple of months after I purchased it. All in I financed $16 000 for this car that was only 4 years old at the time. To date I have put an additional 4000 in repairs and it is currently in the garage and nobody can seem to figure out the issues. There has been so many issues with my car,. Warranty? Because of the high Kms when I purchased it there were no good warranty options for me. It hasn’t even been two years since I purchased this car. So devastating.
Friendly staff that provide quality car services. They are informative and honest and do a great job, hard to come by these days. Definitely recommend!🙂
