Sent a 200$ deposit for a vehicle via E transfer and was never refunded when the vehicle was not purchased. Emailed manager serveral times and no reply’s. Stay away from this dealership.

Thank you Mr. Guillaume Gauvin for your amazing customer service yesterday. My first trip out of Montreal with My new Ford E Mack, after using a fast charger Electric Circuit ( EC ) DC station in Magog, the handle was stuck and after the EC Customer service could not help me, I called Local Ford Dealer and Explained the problem to Mr. Gauvin, He spoke to the Director and came to help me in less than 10 min knowing that I had a meeting in Granby that was important, He released the Handle manually using his experience and he was kind enough to explain to me incase it happen again in details what to do.
This is a dealer ship that values customer service, even I am not their client Guillaume displaced him self to help me. I do strongly recommend Ford Magog to anyone looking to purchase a car in the Eastern Township.

Everything went well until I went to pick up my car. They sold me a plug in hybrid and gave it to me with 0% charge. (Even though they have a charger station as you pull up to the dealership) Poor explanations were given and I felt dumb when I asked some questions. They let me leave the dealership without my Ford pass application working saying it would work once I got home. I felt very pressured to give a positive reviews when picking up my car. For the most part the people I dealt with were nice but how can you sell a brand new car that doesn’t connect properly and 0% charge???!!!
The brand new car has a faulty piece that needs to be replaced. I just find that unacceptable.
One other thing to consider is they don’t speak English.(which I realize we live in Qc but it would have made a better service).
Also in the financing department there were complications in setting up the withdrawal process and Ford Canada.
Not impressed and probably wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

could not fix my vehicle after many years and did not go above and beyond to have it fixed i asked for a price on a new truck and they never ever got back to me so i sold it and bought a new GMC i will never buy another vehicle from this dealership

Guys avoid this dealer, it’s on of the worst places. I bought a hino 195, they sold it to me saying it’s fine no problems the truck had a blown head gasket and they don’t want to refund me or help me get a reduced price. I shopped at many dealers and this place has such terrible service.They lie to get there commission. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!! FORD MAGOG 0/10 garbage place bunch of cheap people.

Employees are very gentle. Still, there's big differences between dealers with simple touch like washing the car after changing engine oil. Magog don't, Cowansville do it.

Depuis l'arrivé du nouveau prioriétaire, Gilles Beaucage, le service dans son ensemble s'est grandement détérioré. On n'a pas l'impression que répondre professionnellement au client fait partie de leur priorités. Dire n'importe quoi en autant que l'on vende semble être leur crédo.
Très satisfait du service et de l'écoute reçu par les nouveaux propriétaires de Magog Ford. J'adore la conduite à bord de ma nouvelle Fiesta 2015 !
J'ai acheté un F150 mais à la livraison, l'option choisi "Caméra de recul et sonar de proximité" n'est pas installé et M. Jean-Philippe m'assure qu'elle sera installée la semaine suivante. Belle surprise que de voir que la caméra installée n'est pas celle qui aurait du l'être, mais M. J-P m'assure que c'est la caméra que Ford demande d'installer. Ayant acheté une garanti prolongée, je demande à M. J-P si la-dite garanti couvre le tout et celui-ci me signe un document à cet effet. Une autre surprise lorsque je m’aperçois que ladite caméra est aveuglée par les lumières de la plaque d'immatriculation car la caméra installée est placée directement au dessus de la plaque, au lieu d'être sur le panneau de la caisse. Après deux voyages chez Magog Ford, Jocelyn me fixe un nouveau rendez-vous pour installer une nouvelle caméra, situé en dessous de la poignée du panneau. Celui-ci m'a même téléphoné la même journée pour me demander si la poignée de mon véhicule était noir ou chromée. La semaine suivante, une autre surprise: au lieu de changer la caméra, ils ont installer un relais qui coupe les lumières de la plaque d'immatriculation lorsque la boîte de vitesse est au recul. J'ai ensuite contacté le service à la clientèle de Ford Canada pour me faire dire que la caméra installée n'était pas couverte par la garanti Ford d'origine et encore moins la garanti supplémentaire. J'ai fait confiance à M. Jean-Philippe et je me sens trahi, et cela à plus d'une reprise. Méfiez-vous
