On Saturday, December 9th, 2017, I attended at Hogan Chevrolet to assist my elderly parents with the purchase of a 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier LZ. Last week I went in as my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Syed Abdullah at Hogan Chevrolet assisted me right away. I appreciated the professionalism and how he was also attentive to my questions and taking me to my vehicle to further explain the issue to me. I also appreciated very much that he was aware of my warranty and made sure the benefits were met - A rental was given at no charge as the issue was a crack on the fluid pump and the parts were ordered and to arrive the next day and I was offered a ride if I needed to and from work. The issue was resolved quickly as the next day I received a call from Syed stating my car was ready for pick-up. Thank you Syed!

My family came into the Hogan Chevy/Buick dealership looking for a car after having gone to a few other dealerships to check out other cars. We were helped out by Yohanna, his customer service definitely stood out and we chose to purchase at this location because of it. This car was mainly for my dad, which can be a challenge. As an older guy the idea of a 2025 car with all the new tech scared him a bit. Yohanna was great at explaining things to my dad in a way that makes sense to him and that allowed us to make a decision much faster. Alison was also super helpful at very patiently touring the car with my dad and making sure he felt confident driving it. Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Hogan Chevrolet. Sales person was courteous and professional. After purchase, noticed some issues within the first 30 days, they very promptly resolved them and also offered that if I was not happy with the car to replace it with another on the lot. Liked the car and wanted to keep it. Just after the 30 days, noticed some fluid leaking - again, everything fixed under warranty no hassles. I feel confident buying a car from Hogan that any issues will be resolved professionally and courteously.
Got my new 2014 Chev Cruze last week and all are good, One of their sales rep. named George Zhang handle everything very nicely and professionally for me. I did compared with other Chev dealers before come to them and their price is lowest so far, plus I got one year extra extend warranty. I'm happy and sure will buy from them again.
