Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke.When i finally made it home i had oil spill all over my driveway and had the truck towed for safety reasons.When i told Edda in the service department about this she told me it was not their problem.She said that came straight from the owner himself.SINCE THEN THE TRUCK HAS CONTINUED TO BE BACK AND FORTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES.On top of that it was again in for several other reasons.The customer service has gone down hill .So if you want to spend 90k on a truck that leaks oil all over the driveway and is a safety hazard to drive then Erinwood Ford is your place.
I had an excellent experience with ErinWood Ford. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. At no time did I feel rushed in my decision or pressured to buy, add options/extended plans, etc. The salesman, Matt Trueman, was absolutely terrific and the documentation completed expertly by Robyn Barrett in Financial Services.

It was our first time visiting Erinwood Ford and we were extremely pleased with the service that was provided to us. Our sales consultant Lem Weekes went above and beyond and really made our day one to remember. He was extremely kind and VERY patient. He answered all our questions and best of all there was no pressure that we had to buy a vehicle from him even though he spent hours with us. We went with the intention to just browse and by the time we got out, we purchased a brand new 2014 Ford Fiesta. We are in love with the vehicle and would recommend going to that dealership as once again they had excellent customer service. This was my first time purchasing a brand new 2014 Ford Focus vehicle. I had booked an appointment with sales and leasing consultant Victor Chacon and then returned two weeks later to purchase the vehicle. He provided amazing customer service, as he made me feel really comfortable with the huge and exciting purchase. He also took me step by step through the process. Mr. Chacon, also went above and beyond, by driving me home after by second visit. I really hope, his amazing customer service will be recognized throughout the Ford Company. Also the financial service manager, Robyn Barrett, was also very welcoming and provided important information about a warranty I had purchased. She was very patient with us as well. On my first and second visit the receptionist was amazing and attentive, (especially when we did not know how to operate the coffee machine). On my final visit which was on August 25, 2014, we came to pick up the vehicle and we are very happy with the customer service! We only encourage the receptionist that was working yesterday, to greet customers as they come in! Thank you for the wonderful service and we will be back again next time. Cheers!
Erinwood Ford has earned my family's business three consecutive times. They are competitive, polite, hassle free, and honest. The sales and financing staff are both top notch. Both are very pleasant and knowledgeable, yet to the point when asked questions. Matthew Trueman has sold my family three vehicles in the last three years. A truck, a sports car, and a family sedan. He is the salesmen all others should be compared to. The sales manager Nick Palalas is another exemplary man, he was on our side when trading our vehicle and secured us a honest trade value. Robyn Barrett and Bory Chak guided us through financing, their direct and truthful interpretation of financing and warranty information is the final confidence building piece to the puzzle. I would, and am recommending this dealer to anyone in search of a vehicle. Ford vehicles have set them selves apart from the competition, and so has Erinwood Ford.

We had a wonderful experience at Erinwood Ford with Mark Maguire. We went in at 4pm on Saturday, exhausted from full day of car shopping at the Erin Mills automall. Mark was by far the most friendly, professional and un-obtrusive sales person that we saw all day. Start with Mark when you are shopping for your next car, he makes a typically painful process absolutely awesome. I picked up my new Ford Escape last night, Mark was there and walked me through everything, even preset my radio stations for me.
