I was called reminding me that my 2015 Jeep Wrangler which was purchased there new in 2015 was due for servicing. I asked the associate how long this would take she said 1 1/2 hours because I live in Errington I made appointments in both Duncan and Victoria. When I got to the dealership they informed me I was due for a complete service because my 5 year warranty is up soon. I was told this would cost about $2000.00 I was upset about the price and he told me it is just an estimate and it depended on what need to be done. I asked them to call me if they had found anything wrong before they proceeded . Two hours later I called them and all the mechanics where out for lunch and the y would call me back. I walk backed to the dealership to be informed it was going to be another 2 hours before my car was ready. I told them I had appointments in Victoria and I needed my car. They were good enough to rent me a budget car . I took my luggage out of my car and the Budget employee picked me up and I proceeded to Budget to fill out the paperwork for the rental. I was called about 4 that day to inform me my car was ready and I would have to pay the over $2000.00 bill now because the service department was closed until Monday and they would leave my keys with the sales department. After taking the rental back then getting a ride from Budget back to the dealership on the Saturday I picked up my keys and when I got to my vehicle there was a lot of pink fluid coming from the bottom of my vehicle. I went back to talk to the sales department and showed them the fluid. After waiting quite awhile I was informed I would have to come back on Monday when the service department was open. Now being very upset over everything that has gone wrong and the cost of a service that was not done correctly. I told them I live in Errington and I can't get home. Now after about another 30 minutes they informed my that they would rent me another Budget car to get home and they would call me on Monday. Still waiting to here about compensation.
Just bought a vehicle from here. Lots of friendly, supportive staff for the whole process. Andre helped me pick a great vehicle for a great price, absolute rockstar of a salesman, would recommend working with him to pretty much anyone trying to buy a new vehicle right now.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
I asked for the owner to contact me and nothing!! Its been 5 months and I still don’t know where they faxed my driver’s license and bill of sale to in error. No one has ever gone over the functions or features of my van. Ally at the service desk lied about trying to reach me to get my detailing done – there is such thing as caller ID and voicemail. I was in 3 separate times to get their App set up and no one ever mentioned that I had to pay for the app. When I finally got the detailing done on my van Ally “forgot” to tell the shuttle driver that she had changed my pick up time. He showed up at my work early and when I didn’t answer my phone, he started calling my employer directly and made the secretary chase me down. When I spoke to him on the phone I told him that Ally had called to changed my pick up time, but I said I would be outside in under 10 minutes. I ran back to my office and grabbed my things, but when I got outside, he was gone because Ally told him to leave me and go back to the dealership!!!! Then Ally booked me a service appointment on the computer, then she wrote it on her business card for me. But now I’m getting texts, emails and phone calls saying no such appointment exists. So, either Ally Parkin is negligent and incapable of doing her job, or she is doing this on purpose. I have called, texted and filled out their online contact form many times to no avail!!
Mike Miller has repeatedly refused to investigate where all my private information was sent and he outright refuses to discuss how his sales reps lied about the app being part of the purchase of my vehicle. He actually ran away from me in the store saying he does not care if he keeps my business. He offered me $500 (which does not cover the cost of the app for the life of the vehicle). I was not present when they set the app up on my phone, I had to go in 3 separate times and they had to physically take my phone for several hours each time to try and get it set up.
I had an excellent experience with Duncan Dodge. After losing my car in an accident, they assisted me with getting an appraisal report and helped me find a great deal on the car I had always wanted. Thank you very much
Braeden Grealy was our sales rep. We found the truck we were interested in online and after 3 weeks of humming and hawing about it we drove down from Nanoose Bay to have a look at it. It was everything we were looking for. Braeden was able to swing a deal that we could live with and the rest of the team took good care of us. Happy to deal with this dealership and pleased with the outcome.
I had a great experience at Dodge. I’d been looking for a used vehicle I could pay cash for believing I’d never qualify for financing. Lola and Izzy got me into a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. My payments are within my budget and I am so happy with my car and the service I got at Dodge. My overall experience has been very good! Exceptional, really. I will be recommending Duncan Dodge, especially Izzy and his team to anyone looking for a car. I got absolutely zero pushy car salesman vibes from anyone at Dodge. That was in stark contrast to the other shops I went to. I could go on and on but hey, I’ve got a fancy new whip that needs go for a rip.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Lack of communication is one of them. I had to actually call myself and find out what was happening with my application. After a month of not hearing anything it's really frustrating. I would highly suggest being careful on who the finance people have shipped your information off to. As my information was sent off to multiple banks, with no response from the dealership to me on what was happening. I have a fraud flag on my credit profile for this reason. After all this I was approved with an excellent rate at another dealership.
Very disappointed how the service dept fixed my car. Towed in needing a starter replaced, originally told not the starter, needs a battery because it was dead. Then realized it did need a starter and just a battery charge up. Then I was told it was fixed but there is a throttle light now on, that wasn’t there prior to them touching it. Then I was told light not on anymore. I paid my bill picked up the car and light came on before I got off their lot. Not impressed with the service work at all. In addition, service advisor couldn’t write the repair with the correct owner information and license plate information was incorrect as well. Will be going elsewhere in the future for sure. This business has gone over a cliff and down the hill over the past few years.
Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a used Vehicle from Duncan Dodge, and to be very honest, we were quite nervous walking into a dealership. We had previously had a very disappointing experience at Harris Dodge Victoria, where we felt judged and looked down upon simply because we were not purchasing an expensive $100k vehicle. That experience left us stressed and hesitant about dealerships in general.
Before traveling all the way to Vancouver, we decided to try our luck at Duncan Dodge and I’m truly grateful we did.
From the moment we arrived, we met Andre, who immediately made us feel welcome. He even helped us with parking and took the time to make us feel comfortable. From the very beginning, his approach was warm, respectful, and genuine. Of course, we understood he was a salesperson, so we kept our expectations realistic but as the process continued, those expectations were exceeded.
When we discussed our trade-in, Andre involved Ben, the Sales Manager, and that’s when everything became clear for us. After comparing our previous experience at Harris Dodge Victoria with our interaction with Ben, the difference was night and day. Ben was transparent, honest, and respectful there was absolutely no judgment or pressure.
We then met Sheila, the Finance Manager, and once again, the experience remained consistent. Everything was clearly explained, transparent, and stress-free. No unnecessary pressure, no hidden tactics just honest communication.
What truly stood out was how efficient and calm the entire process was. At other dealerships, we’ve spent an entire day feeling overwhelmed. Here, we were in and out within 3–4 hours, driving home with our car relaxed and confident about our decision.
Most importantly, we never once felt like we were “less important” customers because we are a middle-class family or because we chose a used vehicle instead of a luxury one. At Duncan Dodge, we genuinely felt valued and respected something that makes all the difference.
Today is New Year’s Eve, and I sincerely want to thank the entire Duncan Dodge team, especially Ben (Sales Manager), Sheila (Finance Manager), and the incredibly kind Andre. You truly made our New Year memorable.
To anyone reading this review. I genuinely hope you have a positive, honest, and stress-free car-buying experience. Buying a car is not just a transaction; it’s a dream for many people, often after years of waiting. Yes, dealerships need to make money and they should but when customers are treated with respect and kept at the center, everyone wins.

Just purchased a vehicle from Duncan Dodge, could not be happier. The team was very professional, and transparent about the vehicle and its history. Braeden was fantastic to work with and more than willing to answer any questions. We were advised immediately that the windshield had sustained a crack during transport but was already booked for a replacement at no additional cost. Jeffery the finance manager was great, and didn't push us for any insurances we didn't want. The sales manager made us feel like the questions we were asking were smart, and was attentive to making sure any extras we had worked out were written down and documented.
