They are always friendly with me and they treat me very respectful. They are attentive to my needs. I get great service when I get my car repaired or ordered parts for my vehicle. Also the sales team always helpful and I get what I need. I’m a repeat customer. 25yrs I had bought 4 vehicles from them, no complaints. 100 % satisfaction. I have 4 kids. All grown up now they are adults now. Are vehicle has lasted long time. We still have 3 in our family that still running. My 2013 f150 463,000km , my 2008 Expedition 230,00km, our 2001 Honda Civic 180,000km and our new member of our family, the new addition the 2025 Ford Bronco 50km. We said goodbye to our 2008 Ford Edge with 299,00km. So no complaints here prior to those vehicles we had a 1998 Ford Aerostar , 2001 ford Focus, 2005 Ford Explorer and 2003 Ford Windstar.bought in the lower mainland.

I see why they have so many negative reviews. A.M. Ford didn’t bother to review or understand my file, then responded to my honest review with inaccurate claims about my financial situation. Their communication was unprofessional and lacked basic attention to detail. I would not consider attempting to do business here again, and based on my experience, I’d advise others to think twice if they value professionalism and transparency.

Had an air leak in my tire from a nail, and most shops were closed today — even Canadian Tire told me to come back on Nov 13! Luckily, I stopped by AM Ford and met the owner, Dan Ashman — super chill guy with amazing hospitality. He even gave us a quick tour of his second outlet, AM Ford Plus, and shared his experiences and future plans. The team fixed the issue in about 45 minutes for around $85. Big thanks to Dan and the crew for turning what could’ve been a stressful day into a great experience.

I first came to AM ford in 2016 when I bought my f150 and back again 9 years later with my girlfriend for her bronco. Kelly was amazing to deal with the purchase of both vehicles. When its time to buy a new truck I will definitely be going back to Kelly at am ford. As far as the service department has been to us they have been amazing as well. My sunroof had issues with the track a few years back and ford canada didnt want to pay for the new motors to get it fixed and AM ford argued with them back and forth til they covered it under the warranty. I just had my truck in there for a transmission service and coolant flush and they went above and beyond and were so accommodating to us while we waited. At the end of the day the service tech Nav noticed one of the clips from my exhaust was broken and told me about it and fixed this annoying rattle at low speeds that I had on my truck for years. Dan Ashman and his crew know how to take care of their customers!

A week and a half ago, Saturday morning, I walked out to an extremely flat tire. After having BCAA change it, I threw the other 3 tires in the truck and took it to AM Ford. Three days later and after an oil change I got it back. Shiny and clean, vacuumed and looking great. They came and picked me up to go get it. Excellent service you guys. I was very pleased with how it went.

We had a problem with our ford Mach-E which was causing it to not be drivable. Even though they didn't have an appointment with their EV tech available for 3 weeks out, they said if I could get the vehicle to them they would get it looked at ASAP. At first it was a suspected 12V battery problem. Unfortunately, after we replaced the battery we were stuck on the side of the road again. After a second tow via ford app, they were able to troubleshoot and resolve a problem (with one of the motors and inverter) very quickly. The whole time the service team was very helpful and we didn't even purchase the vehicle from this dealership. This was 6 months ago and our vehicle has run without a problem since.

Very glad to know we have a knowledgeable EV tech in the area and every encounter with the service team I have felt like they have gone above and beyond. Also, look into their tire change program!!

We were negotiating on a new ford with the sales manager when he abruptly ended the discussion and ordered my deposit returned. I don’t see that manager around anymore.
On one appointment for a recall for a wire harness, the service manager refused to do it.
On another appointment I was in for a service and a warranty job. The service was not done and I was asked to come back because they forgot.

So happy with my new Escape! There was an issue with the inside trunk panel and Brian was immediately on it to put through on Warranty.
Brian was fabulous right from the get go and not a 'pushy' salesman which I really appreciated.
Felt a little 'pushed' by finance guy and was not pleased with waiting for information that should have been sorted prior to my being in the office....sales tactic that just pissed me off.
BUT overall I was pleased with the outcome and with Brian who was an absolute gem to work with.
If the Warranty item gets ignored I will update this review but feel like when dealing with Brian I am dealing with a stand up guy - well done AM Ford.

Very dishonest, group of con artists. Purchased my truck all the way from edmonton, ab. $127000 truck that i had a deposit on and was already paid in full prior to pickup and they said they sold it on me. I kept contact with their sales guy jeff i even told him im at the bank sending them the payment, when i told him the day before payment will be sent by tomorrow and they will receive the money the same day. I did my part of the agreement and got the money to them that day (keep in mind this is not a small purchase, 127k!). He said I took too long at the bank and he sold the truck after I already had a deposit on it from days prior and truck is paid for in full and all the paperwork is signed. I got the deal done on this truck within 5 days! I've never been this pressured from any dealership and I still went through with this deal. They were pressuring me from the very beginning I have screenshots of everything. Over top of that I did everything they told me to do and they still sold the truck on me. I've never dealt with such a horrible salesperson as Jeff and dealership in general. Now i understand all the 1 star reviews they have. They are still holding on to my 127k and truck is apparently "sold" to someone else. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

Would not buy wiper blades from them in the future. After running credit over and over dropping it by 100 points, and an offer completely changing including how much they wanted for a down payment by 6k over night I went elsewhere and got a very nice vehicle at a better deal.

Not a very honest group
During covid I ordered and had my mustang G.T premium delivered all the paper work was done by electronic
The credit manager insisted I get the extra extended warranty and was told I can cancel any time
I called a week later after the Vancouver coastal ford told me that was not necessary so I tried to cancel and no one will call me back
Now 2 years later I sold the mustang with less then 7000 Km
They would give me the run around for weeks very sad for $3200 plus tax
Will never recommend them
People be aware and don’t trust them
They up sell for no reason
They won’t even refund me $2000 not very customer friendly

I booked an appointment with
AM Ford, I had them look at my front end as I thought I heard a noise. While I was there they changed my Summer tires to winter. When I went to pick up the car they said they couldn't hear the noise but to come back if it gets worse.
There was No charge to put on my winter tires.
I'm so thankful to AM FORD for their friendly staff and great service.
I highly recommend AM Ford.

Well, I live in Trail and own a Honda. Of course, I started bringing my 2021 CRV to AM Ford this past February for the convenience of their location and their handy dandy shuttle service. I chose AM Ford, as my dad has been a long-time customer of theirs and they replaced my Honda key fob battery for me on a Saturday, as a non-customer who just walked in! I was impressed off the hop! Today, Dave and Brian at the Service Desk were super friendly and helpful. I felt like they truly listened to my concerns and questions, and offered sound advice. Will be back!
