I recently purchased a Ford Maverick from Orchard Ford, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. I was looking to get out of my 2023 F-150 lease, and Mario was incredibly transparent and helpful in working the numbers to make the transition seamless. I really appreciated his honest approach.
Brayden was also a genuine pleasure to deal with. He provided exactly the information I requested with zero pressure, which made the buying process incredibly comfortable. He even went completely out of his way to pick up my truck the next day and sort out a few final details with my trade-in. That level of above-and-beyond service is hard to find!

When our 2008 Ford Escape finally died at 240,000 kms, we were honestly so sad. That vehicle had been with us through so many seasons of life. It felt like losing an old friend. But it was also a bittersweet moment because we knew it meant it was time to find something new.
We are the kind of people who buy a vehicle once and drive it until it truly cannot go any further, clearly lol. So this was not a casual purchase for us. We spent weeks researching. We looked at every option, even considered importing from across Canada. We were on a mission to find a quality preowned vehicle that made sense financially and would last us for years.
To be honest, the process started to feel discouraging. A few dealerships treated us like desperate buyers once they heard our Escape had died. We were offered lowball numbers, and even told we would only get about 50% of the value on a Class C motorhome we had purchased just 1.5 years ago from one of them. That was disappointing. On top of that, we ended up on call and text lists all over town just from showing mild interest. We were getting bombarded daily. By the time we walked into conversations with dealers, we felt guarded and defensive.

Had a great experience with all the team at Orchard Ford, from sale of a 21 ST with Adam, Jesse and team for taking great care of a couple items shortly thereafter. I was hoping for a specific type of fix for a known issue with the platform and they absolutely went out of their way to explain the situation and accomodate. I normally don't work through dealerships, I'm mechanical in background (and fussy) and have to hand it to them for really coming through to ensure I had the best experience. Will be coming here for any future parts needs and highly recommend this team.

I came in at the end of the day just to look at a vehicle, I honestly didn’t think I’d be leaving with one. Even though it was late, Kyle Gervais was amazing. He had so much enthusiasm and genuinely wanted to help me find something that worked for me, my family, and my budget.
He worked incredibly hard with his team to get me the best pricing and payments, all while keeping a smile on his face, even as everything ran past closing. He was knowledgeable, fun to work with, and just an awesome person overall.
He also remembered that this purchase was a birthday gift to myself and went out of his way to text me “Happy Birthday” on the day. Keep in mind, he had already sold me the vehicle days earlier and even helped with my insurance claim on another one. Everything was already taken care of, so he zero obligation to do that. We ordred a brand new 2014 Ford Fiesta from the factory and John was our salesman he was absolutely incredible and Ford bent over for us John got us the lowest price around for 1 aand they lent us a 2014 Ford Focus for the 2 months it took for our car to be ordered in UNBELIEVABLE customer service!!!!!

I became a steady customer of Orchard Ford Kelowna in 1989 when restoring a 1968 Mustang. Being a Ford Family, we have had five great Ford vehicles over the years including my F350 Super Duty truck. I have dealt with the Parts Counter staff on various occasions receiving good service, but no one compares to the service I have received from Jim C. who has always gone above and beyond to give tremendous service. Thank you Jim!
Most of the staff on the Service Counter has given first-rate service to me over the years, but in the past 5 years, Dave H. who has also given me outstanding service. Thanks Dave!
The only other thing that would add to giving thanks to those who do a great job is having the opportunity to meet the wonderful mechanics doing the repairs. They all play a part in creating a great customer experience and they should all get credit when we are HAPPY with the outcome. There is nothing more pleasant than to leave and never return due to a poor job.

We purchased our 2013 Ford Escape almost a year ago from Orchard Ford and had an amazing experience. Trevor was so patient with us and went over and above to make sure that we had everything that we wanted and needed. He is still making sure that we are well looked after in any way that he can.
